Refunds apply only to items in unused, undamaged condition, returned in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds. To begin a return, contact our customer support team at info@savageracing.us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll walk you through the return or exchange process. Kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days, and funds will be returned via your original payment method. For exchanges, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist you promptly.

Savage ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Domestic delivery takes approximately 6–10 days, while international shipping can take up to 21 days, depending on location.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note: for international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the shipping fee.
