Refunds apply only to items in unused, undamaged condition, returned in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds. Kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Savage ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Domestic delivery takes approximately 6–10 days, while international shipping can take up to 21 days, depending on location.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note: for international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the shipping fee.
